You are responsible for upfront payment of my fee. I AM NOT IN NETWORK WITH ANY INSURANCE PLANS.
I am happy to provide a receipt as an out of network mental health services provider WHICH YOU CAN USE TO SUBMIT TO YOUR INSURANCE PLAN FOR POSSIBLE REIMBURSEMENT once your deductible has been met.

Both! I meet with clients in person or by video Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and meet by video Thursday, & Friday.

I am not in network with any insurance plans. I offer superbills (receipts) so you can file for reimbursement. Navigating insurance claims can be challenging, so I'm available to help.

I require 24 hours notice except in cases of illness of other emergencies. For last minute cancellations or missed sessions, I charge my full session fee.

I store credit cards online using my secure platform so most clients pay that way. I offer a small (five dollar) discount for Venmo or Zelle payments as long as those services continue to operate without charging a % fee.
